Tormek MB102 Multi-base

The MB-102 multi-base allows sharpening on the flat side of Tormek diamond stones to obtain a flat bevel, which is preferred in certain applications. It is provided with an adjustable joint that allows the sharpening position to be adjusted to achieve the best options for each Tormek tool and device. It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally on the supports of your machine, choosing the position that provides the best access for your tool.

The MB-102 also allows for vertical positioning of the universal support on the front of the machine. This provides better access for sharpening knives with the “bevel back” (with the bevel facing inwards), in the same direction of rotation of the grinding wheel. Of course, it also allows for guided seating using most Tormek multi-application guiding devices.

The MB-102 can be used with the following Tormek attachments:
