CW-220 is suitable for use in clean environments as there is no need for honing compound as the polish is integrated into the composite material. It allows for fast honing and excellent results without getting yourself or your workstation dirty

Wet for added feel
You can wet the CW-220 Composite Honing Wheel with a little water for a smoother finish. Use a sponge or cloth dampened with tap water. Hold it against the outside surface of the wheel with the machine running. You will get a smoother feel if, on the other hand, you are very used to using the regular wheel and the CW-220 is a bit harsh for you.
