10mm multi-point drag point on MT2
High quality, made in England, with MK2 cone with spring-loaded centering tip.
It offers the wood a firm hold thanks to a variety of sharp teeth.
The spring-loaded centering tip ensures easy and accurate centering, but retracts into the base body when clamping the workpiece so as not to penetrate too deeply into the workpiece itself or even split it.
The spring resistance can be adjusted from the rear using an adjustment screw. This allows perfect coordination with the respective applications or workpieces.
Because the handle extends over many small teeth instead of 4 or 6 teeth, the wood can be properly gripped only with the clamping pressure of the lathe's tailstock; It is not necessary to hammer the tips into the wood with a hammer.
The numerous teeth on the edge of the screwdriver distribute the pressure much better and do not leave deep marks on the workpiece.
The workpiece can be removed from the lathe and repositioned with great precision, the center point and teeth serving as an exact guide.
