Much more than a carving stand: the WOODCUT PRO-MOUNT is a versatile clamping device for processing workpieces. Thanks to the sophisticated lever system, the workpiece can be positioned and fixed in any position for optimal processing.

Components:

PRO-MOUNT base body: Mounts via an axle to the lathe banjo or on a table or bench with the base plate
M33 x 3.5mm adapter: can directly mount a chuck (including workpiece)
Carving plate: The workpiece is fixed by screws.
Base plate: can be used as a stand, attaches to universal pin
Universal tap: Incl. threaded connection for PRO-MOUNT and base plate

360° Swivel: Two independent locking levers allow you to rotate the workpiece both horizontally and vertically. The outer lever allows you to rotate your workpiece horizontally 360°, the inner lever allows you to rotate your workpiece vertically 360°.

Robust and versatile: once the levers are locked, the workpiece no longer moves and can be worked easily. Using the slots in the base plate you can mount the clamping device on your workbench, on the wall, on the cross slide of a milling machine or on the work table of a drill press.

Quick changeover on the lathe: Attach a newly turned workpiece to the Pro-Mount without removing it from the chuck and mount it directly back to the lathe once you're done carving or decorating.
