The advantage of this process is that the structure of the HSS steel remains absolutely uniform. This results in the following advantages: very high grinding life, better vibration absorption with maximum stability.

Over many years of development of the manufacturing process, we have achieved the optimum efficiency of HSS steel, which is why our HSS tools no longer represent a significant increase compared to PM steel.
The tools are ground and ready for use and can therefore be used immediately.
