Vacuum System with Pump - HAGER VU140 SET
This system allows for quick and easy clamping of flat workpieces. The flexible suction chuck compensates for irregularities in the wood and securely holds the workpiece. It incorporates a spring-loaded centering point for precise workpiece centering. The rotating vacuum inlet is inserted into the left side of the main spindle and secured with a screw and gasket. The vacuum pump, designed for continuous operation, runs very quietly and efficiently. A machine with a hollow spindle is required for use.

The VU140 system includes:
1. Vacuum Pump for Continuous Operation
High-power, quiet-running, oil-free, dry-running vacuum pump with included air filter. The pump motor is supplied complete with base and mounting bracket.
2. Rotary vacuum inlet with pressure gauge
Connection on the spindle handwheel side (left side). Suitable for hollow spindles of 15 or 20 mm diameter. Screw with tightening screw and O-ring.
Opening and closing via sliding valve. With anti-rotation device and extension rod.
(Other hollow spindle diameters available upon request).
3. 140 mm vacuum suction chuck with centering point
140 mm diameter suction chuck made of aluminum. The contact surface with external foam gasket and the rough, abrasion-resistant coating ensure a secure workpiece clamping.
M33 x 3.5 (DIN 800) mounting with O-ring. Includes spring-loaded (removable) centering point with a 25 mm stroke for precise centering.
