ECO ZSB-560B Brush Sander

The ECO ZSB-560B brush sander comes equipped with a high-quality silicon carbide (nylon) sanding brush and is a state-of-the-art machine:

Solid construction with a stable support table, high-performance rubber conveyor belt, 110 V conveyor belt feed motor, and high-quality DELTA frequency converter.

Thanks to the interchangeable brush unit, this machine can be operated with various brushes (and also with a sanding drum).

It is supplied with a silicon carbide sanding brush; a brass brush and a flap disc sanding drum are available as options. It can also be retrofitted with a cylindrical sanding drum for standard sanding applications.

The integrated silicon carbide sanding brush is ideal for sanding moldings, profiles, raised and milled panels, etc.

(e.g., on baseboards, architraves, door frames, picture frames, doors, etc.). It produces a consistently even finish, saving time and effort, and can be used for sanding sealants or primers before final finishing.

It can also be used to create a "grain" effect on sheet metal or box profiles (especially aluminum).
