Silicone-free release agent

Release agent WITHOUT silicone. Non-stick, high-performance silicone-free for plastic parts of any nature that must subsequently be treated in areas of painting, screen printing, coating, resins, etc.

​ Fields of application:​ PQL Freesil is especially indicated for the demolding of plastics and rubbers in injection, extrusion and thermoforming processes.

As a non-stick agent in welding processes, avoiding projections or splashes, in the textile industry, in the footwear industry, in printing, resins, etc.

Characteristics:

Does not contain silicones.
High penetration into complex figures and engravings.
Not stain.
Thin, dry and uniform film.
Release agent for epoxy and polyurethane resins.
Increases performance and intervals between applications.
Does not contain chlorinated products or CFCs.
Instructions for use:

Apply the mold release agent about 15-20cm from the pieces or molds, let it rest for about 30-40 minutes before pouring the product to be applied to the molds.
It is recommended to apply the product outside the workshop or work room, to avoid leaving traces of the product outside the mold to be treated.
