Tailstock Spindle with Collar Thread for MIDI II PLUS

Compatible with MIDI 2, MIDI 2 PLUS, and MIDI PRO wood lathes.

The quick-change tailstock collet system on the MIDI 2 (PLUS) and MIDI PRO models allows the use of a collet with a high-quality ER25 collet system. This allows drills to be clamped directly and precisely in the appropriate ER25 collet, without the need for a separate chuck or losing center spacing during drilling.

ER25 collets are extremely precise and have proven themselves for years in both woodworking and, especially, metalworking. The trapezoidal threaded spindle for collet adjustment on the MIDI 2, MIDI 2 PLUS, and MIDI PRO models ensures smooth and rapid feed, further benefiting the system.

The tailstock collet has a travel of 100 mm and is equipped with a scale.

ATTENTION! This ER25 collet is only compatible with MIDI 2 (and PLUS) and MIDI PRO bench lathes. (Not compatible with MIDITEC FU-175 and MIDI 1!)
