Quite different device is the 970 sizing tool which slips on to a parting or beading/bedan tool and greatly simplifies turning spigots to size.  Simply pre-set the gap between the parting tool tip and the rubbing cheek on the sizing tool and turn away until the tool drops over the spigot.  As many spigots as you wish - and all exactly the same size.  Easy to adjust, yet secure once locked into position using the two thumbscrews, the 970 Sizing Tool is one tool no spindle turner should be without. Diameter max.
