Holzmann HBS450 band saw

The combination of a rigidly constructed steel body, cast iron table, deep section cutting guide and micro-adjustable ball bearing blade guides produces the high level of performance that both professional and professional craftsmen demand. The cutting guide is powered by a calibrated aluminum extrusion and locks firmly into place with a lever, providing solid, precise placement. The adjustable precision miter gauge is T-slotted into the table for safety and accuracy. Cutting depth is controlled by a well-designed rack and pinion system, with a lock to set the guides into position.

On the back of the machine are the blade tracking control, blade tension indicator and a quick-action blade tension lever, useful for both changing the blade and releasing tension on the blade. when the machine is not in use.
